International Orders (USA)

Terms & Delivery for orders shipped to the United States

Prices & payment

  • All prices shown to US customers are in USD and are the final product prices.
  • Payment is prepaid only, by international card at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Payment is processed in INR (Indian Rupees) for the exact equivalent of the USD price. Your card bank converts it to USD.
  • The automatic 10% off and the DAPPER20 / DAPPER30 codes apply to US orders.

Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping is USD 10 per polo, added at checkout.
  • Delivery takes 15–21 days from dispatch. This is an estimate; US customs or local courier checks can cause delays.
  • We declare the full order value on every parcel and never mark parcels as gifts.
  • Please check the parcel on delivery. Do not accept a parcel that is damaged or tampered with.

Customs duties & import taxes

  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price.
  • They are charged at actuals by US customs or the courier, and the customer pays them at the time of receiving the parcel.
  • If a parcel is refused, duties are not paid, or the address is wrong, the refund will not include shipping, return or customs charges.

Returns & exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed only with prior approval from DapperTee staff.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A return delivery and processing charge of USD 20 per order is deducted from the amount paid.
  • Approved refunds are given as store credit.

Damaged or wrong item

  • Send us an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund as store credit.

Cancellations & pricing errors

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. The full amount is refunded to the original card.
  • If there is a pricing error, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
